Cancellation Policy

All services are allotted a certain amount of time to complete. If you know you are running behind your scheduled service time, please be sure to contact me to ensure that I can still accommodate your scheduled service. Keep in mind, if you are 9 minutes late you will be charged a late fee. If you are running more than 15 minutes late and have failed to contact me, your appointment will be cancelled and considered a “No Show” Please understand that if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, that it must be done at least 24hrs in advance to your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees. If you fail to CANCEL 24hrs in advance, your card WILL be charged 50% of your total services. If you request to RESCEDULE your appointment within 24 hrs, your card WILL be charged as follows: Less than 24 hours - 25% of your total services. Less than 12 hours - 50% of your total services. No call/No show appointments and same day cancellations will be charged 75% of your total services.
